Whether you are replacing damaged stock mounts or installing a custom axle, these mounts will get the job done. Laser cut from 3\/4\" and 1\/4\" thick steel, they are cut to fit the bushing mount and to fit most axles; some grinding or adjustments may be necessary on larger diameter axle tubes. These mounts also use Rusty's Flex Joints, which are more durable and offer more suspension flex than standard rubber bushings. This kit includes mounts for both sides. The joint uses a spanner nut, so as the joint wears, it can be easily tightened up. Delrin bearing races and chromed spherical bearing provide exceptional strength and a precision fit. Though it's more expensive, we use Delrin because it's stronger and outlasts polyurethane-style races that you see in most other joints with a similar design. To adjust the pre-load of the joint, simply tighten the spanner nut to the desired pressure and then tighten the set screw. Always remember to grease the joints regularly.
