No drilling is required for installation. The construction of the link is 1.5\" x 0.375-wall DOM tubing that is CNC threaded to accept the heim joints. The tubes intersect into a fully machined bracket that mounts at the axle end. The tubes are fully inserted the bracket and then welded for unparalleled strength. Further, a gusset is laser-keyed into the tubes and housing to create a bulletproof link. A 1.25\" spherical rod end is used at the axle mounting point and 7\/8\" heims are used at the frame end; can you say overkill?
